‘Intact’ communicates my individual story existing in a state of flux and the relationship that story has to country. The world teaches us to reject ourselves, our nudity and the nature which encompasses us. The analogue images have been manipulated digitally. The body is seen to be within a room within a forest creating a disturbingly peaceful scene. ‘Intact’ challenges people’s thoughts of what is vulnerable. Being nude is a choice, but being naked is a violation of our human rights.
