The Julian Ashton Art School is the link that joins these artists, all of whom are past Scholarship winners. Trained in the classical atelier style, where the emphasis is placed on good draftsmanship skills, they have all gone on to develop individual styles, making names for themselves using a wide range of media. All practising artists, their works have been included in all Australia's most prestigious Art Prizes including The Archibald, The Doug Moran, Portia Geach, The Black Swan and The Mosman
