Many design graduates will not have the opportunity at the end of year to showcase their final design projects in an exhibition setting as a result of COVID-19 so, Gaffa Gallery will be curating a Design dedicated Grad Show for the last round of 2020 exhibitions.
CANCELLED will include grad students from a range of design faculties & institutions so they can have a full exhibition experience and be proud to show their final work for the public to see.
What happens to the student’s hard work and final designs?
How will this impact graduating students and their production in a well-designed project?
How else will emerging graduate designers gain professional experience in exhibiting their works?
What happens to the design professionals and their connections?
What promises for first year design students have been broken?
It’s one thing to be cancelled, and then another to be not be supported.
