Life is a state of perpetual transition. Inertia, stillness and balance are only temporary. Change, the only certainty.

INFORMATION

Open Bite Printmakers are accustomed to embracing the uncertainty of evolving states, as so much of their practice involves grappling with images and ideas in transition.

Employing a diverse range of printmaking techniques including etching, woodcut, mokuhanga, linocut and collagraph, Open Bite Printmakers reveal the issues pertinent to each artist on a theme with unique resonance in such unsettled times.

This exhibition of recent works attempts to pin down, however fleetingly, moments along the changeable processes in our lives.
